Business Litigation Staff Attorney (Litigation)

Seeking a business litigation staff attorney to join a national litigation team. The role supports commercial litigation matters across multiple U.S. offices, working on motion practice, discovery management, legal research, and drafting pleadings and briefs.

This is a client-facing, litigation-focused position that will collaborate with partners and associates on complex commercial disputes. Candidates should be comfortable managing case workflow, meeting deadlines, and contributing to trial preparation when needed.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• Experience in commercial or business litigation (research, drafting motions, discovery practice) preferred
• Strong legal writing, analysis, and case-management skills
• Ability to work with teams across multiple offices and handle a varied caseload
