Business Litigation Staff Attorney — Litigation

Growing national litigation team seeks a Business Litigation Staff Attorney to support commercial litigation matters across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and assisting trial teams.

This is a multi-office position; candidates should be comfortable collaborating with lawyers in different locations and handling a varied docket of business disputes. The role offers substantive litigation experience without client origination responsibilities.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• Prior experience in commercial/business litigation, including drafting motions, briefs, and discovery
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; familiarity with e-discovery and case management
• Ability to work with teams across multiple offices and to manage competing deadlines
