Join a leading insurance litigation team within a top-tier global law firm. This position offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-stakes litigation on behalf of major insurers nationwide.

Represent national insurers in class action defense, insurance bad faith matters, and novel coverage or extracontractual issues.
Advise insurers on institutional practices and emerging risk.
Work as part of a large, specialized insurance practice group with over 40 attorneys across multiple California offices.

We are seeking a litigation associate with 1 to 4 years of insurance litigation experience, including insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and/or class action matters. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented, proactive approach. A federal district or appellate clerkship is a plus.

1–4 years of insurance litigation experience, including coverage, bad faith, and/or class action defense
Admission to the California bar at time of application
Outstanding academic performance
Strong written and oral communication, with meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to take ownership of tasks, show initiative, and collaborate effectively
Federal clerkship experience is a plus
