Business Trial Associate — Insurance Litigation

Seeking an associate to join a large business trial group focused on insurance litigation. This is a multi-office opportunity across several California offices; candidates should be prepared to handle high-stakes coverage, bad-faith, and class action defense matters in state and federal courts.

The team defends national insurers in complex litigation, handles novel coverage and extracontractual issues, and advises on institutional risk and practices. The role offers substantial courtroom exposure and collaboration across a sizable litigation platform.

• 1–4 years of insurance litigation experience (required)
• Experience with insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and/or class action defense
• Admitted to the California bar at time of application
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented work ethic
• Resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample required; federal clerkship is a plus
