Opportunity for a waarnemingsbevoegde kandidaat-notaris to join a sizeable, full-service office in Eindhoven within the firm’s Real Estate & Construction team. The role focuses on notarial work across development, residential and commercial property matters and offers frequent client contact.

You will handle a range of matters such as new-build projects, splits into apartment rights, establishment or release of rights (e.g. servitudes, long leases, ground leases), park management and execution auctions, and you will work alongside lawyers and tax specialists in multidisciplinary teams on more complex transactions.

The position offers structured on-the-job training and internal professional development, close collaboration with other disciplines, and varied client exposure including public-sector and private clients.

Minimum c.3 years’ experience as a kandidaat-notaris and nearing completion of professional qualification.
Affinity with or experience in real estate/notarial practice; willingness to specialise in property law.
Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness; ability to build and maintain relationships.
Team player who works well in multidisciplinary matters with lawyers and tax advisers.
