Capital Markets Associate (3–7 years) — Los Angeles

Top-tier corporate practice in Los Angeles seeks a capital markets associate with 3–7 years of public securities experience. The role focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings (including IPOs and equity-linked financings) and advising public companies on governance, SEC reporting and exchange compliance.
