Top-tier national law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level Corporate and Capital Markets associate to join its Ann Arbor office. The role focuses on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, debt issuances and securitizations.

Successful candidates will work on complex securities matters, draft and negotiate offering documents and disclosure, and coordinate with deal teams across practices and offices. The team values strong writing, analytic ability, and client-facing communication skills.

4–7 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets or securities transactions

Strong academic record and excellent research, drafting, and oral communication skills
Active bar admission and in good standing in the state where the candidate would practice
