Capital Markets Associate — Charlotte, NC

Leading national law firm seeks a junior-to-mid-level Capital Markets associate to join its Charlotte office supporting commercial mortgage securitization transactions. The role involves drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials and interacting directly with clients.

Familiarity with commercial real estate is preferred but not required; the team will consider candidates with 2+ years of relevant real estate lending and/or capital markets experience. This is a practice-focused role with regular transactional drafting and client-facing responsibilities.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $430,000, with the final offer depending on experience and location.

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or pending admission) in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum 2 years' experience in capital markets and/or real estate lending, with exposure to securitization preferred
• Experience drafting and reviewing offering materials and disclosure documents
• Strong drafting, transaction-management, and client-communication skills
