Seeking a Capital Markets associate to join a major firm's Dallas office. The role sits within the Financial Markets / Securities practice and focuses on public and private offerings and ongoing SEC compliance work.

Work will include representing public companies in equity and debt offerings, advising on Exchange Act reporting and disclosures, and supporting corporate governance matters. The team offers significant responsibility, client contact, and collaborative work across practice groups.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in capital markets/securities law
Experience with public and private securities offerings (debt and equity) and Exchange Act/SEC reporting
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; collaborative team player
