Mid-level associate position in a broad-based capital markets and securities practice, based in the Houston office. The role focuses on public and private debt and equity offerings, IPOs and follow-on financings, and counseling public companies on SEC and stock-exchange compliance and disclosure obligations.

The team also advises on PIPEs, mergers and acquisitions-related securities work and corporate governance matters. The group represents both issuers and underwriters across a wide range of capital-raising transactions.

Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar and will join a national securities practice handling high-volume, complex transactional and reporting matters.

3–6 years of securities/capital markets experience at a large law firm
Experience with public and private debt and equity offerings, IPOs and follow-on offerings
Familiarity with SEC reporting, stock-exchange compliance and public company disclosure obligations
Admission to the Texas State Bar
