Capital Markets Associate — Houston

Mid-level associate opportunity in a major law-firm capital markets group based in Houston. The role focuses on public and private securities offerings across IPOs, follow-on offerings and private placements, working with underwriters, issuers and placement agents.

The team handles a full range of transactional securities work, with opportunities to support 1934 Act reporting and other public company matters. The office offers a collaborative environment and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

• 3–5 years of securities / capital markets transactional experience.
• Experience representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on offerings and private placements.
• Active member of the Texas bar.
• Experience with ’34 Act reporting for public companies is a plus.
