Capital Markets Associate — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate to join its Los Angeles corporate practice. The role offers exposure to public and private securities work, including IPOs, equity and debt offerings, SPACs, REITs, and cross-border transactions within a busy, transaction-focused team.

• 2–6 years’ experience with substantial capital markets or corporate securities transaction experience
• Admitted to the California Bar or eligible for admission
• Strong academic record and demonstrable writing ability
