Capital Markets Associate — New York

Leading New York office seeks a Capital Markets associate with 3–7 years' securities experience to join a nationally recognized corporate and capital markets practice. The role involves advising on public securities offerings (including IPOs and equity-linked transactions) and supporting public-company reporting, governance and SEC compliance matters.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing day-to-day client workstreams for sophisticated issuers and underwriters across technology, consumer/retail and life‑sciences sectors. • 3–7 years' capital markets/public securities experience
• Experience representing companies and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions
• Experience with public company governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
• Strong client-service and workflow management skills; prior experience at a national or international law firm preferred
• High academic achievement from an accredited law school
