Capital Markets Associate — New York

Leading New York capital markets team seeks a junior-to-mid-level associate to support commercial mortgage securitization and related capital markets matters. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing offering materials and disclosure and working directly with clients and deal teams.

Ideal candidates will have experience in capital markets and/or real estate lending, and an interest in securitization work. The position offers exposure to sophisticated debt offerings and cross-disciplinary transactions within a major market practice.

This is a New York-based role. The hiring team is looking for someone able to hit the ground running on documentation and disclosure requirements and comfortable collaborating across practice groups.

• 2+ years of experience in capital markets and/or real estate lending, with exposure to securitizations preferred
• Experience drafting and reviewing offering materials and disclosure
• Strong transactional drafting skills and attention to detail
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in New York
