Capital Markets Associate — New York

Seeking a capital markets associate to join a New York-based capital markets team in a full-time, partnership-track role. The team handles sophisticated securities work and corporate transactions across a range of industries.

Candidates should have 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent analytical and writing skills. Prior experience or an interest in matters involving the power & utilities sector or asset-backed securitizations is a plus but not required.
