Capital Markets Associate — Securities (Dallas)

Mid-level associate opportunity in a large international firm's Dallas office to join the Capital Markets team. The role focuses on public and private securities offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and private placements, and advising issuers, underwriters and placement agents.

Strong transactional experience in capital markets and comfort with deal execution, document drafting and client communication are essential. Active membership in the Texas bar is required.

• 3–5 years' PQE in capital markets or securities transactions
• Experience with IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements and related securities work
• Active Texas bar membership
• Strong drafting, due diligence and transaction-management skills; ability to work in a team and manage client relationships
