Capital Markets Associate — Securities, Los Angeles

Top-tier US corporate practice is hiring a mid-level capital markets associate for its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on public securities work across IPOs, equity and equity-linked offerings, and ongoing representation of public companies.

Ideal candidates will have experience representing issuers and/or underwriters, handling SEC and exchange reporting and corporate governance matters, and managing day-to-day client needs for sophisticated public-company clients in sectors such as technology, consumer/retail and life sciences.

• 3–7 years post-qualification experience in capital markets/public securities work
• Proven experience on public offerings (including IPOs) and equity or equity-linked transactions
• Experience with SEC and exchange reporting, corporate governance and public-company counseling
• Prior experience in the capital markets group of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, transaction management and client-relationship skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction preferred
