Established international corporate practice seeking a mid-level capital markets associate to join its Los Angeles securities team. The role focuses on public securities work, including IPOs and equity-linked offerings, and advising public companies on governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing client relationships and day-to-day deal execution for sophisticated issuers and underwriters across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors. The team works on high‑visibility public-market matters in a fast‑paced environment.

3–7 years of capital markets / public securities experience
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance
Background in a national or international law firm capital markets practice; strong academic credentials
