Tax Associate — Los Angeles

Growing tax group seeks associates from law school class years 2020–2023 to join a high‑profile transactional tax practice in Los Angeles. The role offers exposure to complex tax issues across M&A, capital markets, fund formation and real estate matters.

Successful candidates will work on technically sophisticated matters, engage directly with clients, and participate in public speaking and conference opportunities. The team values strong interpersonal skills and in‑office collaboration.

• Law school class years 2020–2023
• Solid technical tax research and writing skills
• Experience on strategic/private equity M&A transactions, capital markets (including spin‑offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and/or real estate/REIT matters
• Excellent oral communication, analytical ability, and top academic credentials
• Enthusiasm for client interaction, public speaking, and in‑office collaboration
