Associate — Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (Corporate)

Growing corporate team seeks a junior associate to work across multiple U.S. offices in an emerging companies and venture capital practice. The role supports representation of startups, growth-stage companies, venture funds, and strategic acquirers on formation, financings, and M&A and other commercial transactions.

The position offers close collaboration with experienced practitioners on sophisticated, national-level matters in a collegial environment. Hybrid working arrangements, discretionary bonus eligibility, and a full benefits package are available.

• At least 4 years of transactional experience at a law firm; emerging companies/VC and M&A exposure preferred
• Strong academic record and professional references
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with deal documentation and transactional workflows; quantitative/Excel skills preferred
