Associate — Corporate (Los Angeles)

Seeking an entry-level or junior corporate associate (classes of 2024–2026) to join a busy, internationally active corporate practice in Los Angeles. The role involves advising emerging companies, investors, financial institutions and established corporates on matters across technology, life sciences and other high-growth sectors.

Work will span emerging growth/venture capital, debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets matters. Candidates should be comfortable supporting a full range of general corporate transactional work in a national and international practice environment.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $235,000 (final offer depends on experience). The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, generous parental leave and other employee supports.

• Classes of 2024–2026; applicants with at least one year of post-JD experience preferred (1–2 years general corporate experience ideal)
• Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging companies/venture capital, financings, M&A and/or capital markets
• High level of academic achievement from an accredited law school
• Strong drafting, client-service and teamwork skills; comfort working in a fast-paced transactional practice
