Top-tier technology M&A team in Los Angeles is seeking a senior associate to handle complex buy‑ and sell‑side transactions for technology companies and venture capital investors. The role involves leading deal components, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and advising clients across early‑ and late‑stage financings and exits.

Ideal candidates are proactive, client‑focused lawyers with strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and experience managing relationships with internal and external counsel. Bar admission or near‑term eligibility is required.
