Senior M&A Associate, Technology Companies – Los Angeles

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its Technology Companies M&A group in Los Angeles. The role focuses on mergers and acquisitions for technology companies and venture capital investors.

The successful candidate will work within teams and take significant responsibility for managing components of transactions independently. Candidates should be comfortable handling internal and external client and counsel relationships, and bring a proactive, commercially minded approach to their work.

• Significant M&A experience, preferably involving both early- and late-stage technology companies and venture capital investor clients.
• Experience working in teams and independently managing components of transactions.

• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
