Entry-Level Corporate & Securities Associate — Los Angeles

An Am Law 50 firm is seeking an entry-level Corporate & Securities Associate to join its Downtown Los Angeles office as part of the Fall 2027 associate class. This is a full-time, partnership-track position.

The firm emphasizes early and frequent direct client contact as part of associate training. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated, nationally significant matters within a collegial office environment.

Ideal candidates are current 3L law students graduating in spring 2027 with plans to sit for the July 2027 bar exam.
