Entry-Level Corporate & Securities Associate — Los Angeles

Seeking an entry-level associate to join a busy corporate & securities group in the Downtown Los Angeles office as part of the Fall 2027 associate class. The team handles national transactional matters for corporate clients across M&A and securities work.

This role offers hands-on exposure to sophisticated transactions and early client-facing responsibility, working closely with experienced practitioners in a collegial office environment. The position is on a partnership-track and includes structured associate training and mentorship.

• Current 3L law students graduating spring 2027 and planning to sit for the July 2027 bar exam
• Strong academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership of projects, and manage time across deal teams
