Growing tax team in a major national law practice is hiring associates from law school classes 2020–2023 to work on a range of transactional and tax-planning matters. Associates will handle technical tax research and drafting and support deals across M&A, capital markets and fund and real estate-related transactions.

Ideal candidates will have exposure to strategic/private equity M&A, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and/or REIT/real estate tax issues. The group values strong client-facing skills and encourages active involvement in conferences and in-office collaboration.

Law school class years 2020–2023
Demonstrable technical tax research and writing ability
Experience on strategic/private equity M&A, capital markets (spin-offs, IPOs), fund formation, and/or real estate/REIT matters
Excellent oral communication and analytical skills; top academic credentials
Enthusiasm for direct client interaction, public speaking, and in‑office teamwork
