Associate — All U.S. Practice Areas (multiple offices)

Opportunistic lateral recruitment for associates across practice areas in the firm's U.S. offices. The firm will consider candidates at all class years for full‑time associate roles and reviews submissions on an ongoing basis.

Base salary is tied to assigned associate class year; a standard class‑year scale is applied. The firm is an equal opportunity employer and will consider reasonable accommodations as required by law.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree and active bar admission or pending admission in the U.S.
• Lateral associate candidates considered at all class years across practice areas.
• Available to join as a regular full‑time associate in one of the firm’s U.S. offices.
• Strong academic record, relevant practice experience for the candidate’s class year, and excellent written and oral advocacy/transactional skills.
