An established corporate practice in the heart of Silicon Valley is seeking a corporate associate with 3–6 years of relevant experience to join its emerging companies group. The team represents founders, early- and growth-stage companies, and venture investors across a range of industries, including AI and other category-defining businesses.

The associate will take a leading role on venture financings, company formations, M&A, and strategic transactions spanning a startup's first decade. Day-to-day work includes running deals, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior associates while advising founders and boards through key inflection points from seed stage to pre-IPO and beyond.

Prior emerging companies experience is not required. The group welcomes candidates with M&A or other transactional backgrounds and invests heavily in associate development, including substantive skills and client relationship building.

3–6 years of relevant corporate/transactional experience
Experience or interest in venture financings, formations, and M&A
M&A or broader transactional backgrounds considered
Superior academic credentials
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
