Top-tier corporate practice in New York seeks a capital markets associate with 3–6 years of U.S. public securities experience. The role focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings (including IPOs and equity or equity-linked transactions) and advising public companies on governance, SEC and exchange reporting.

Successful candidates will help manage client relationships, handle day-to-day transaction workflow and support a range of sophisticated public-company matters across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences clients. 3–6 years of U.S. capital markets / public securities experience (PQE)
Experience representing companies and underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions
