Capital Markets Associate — Securities, San Francisco

Established national firm is seeking a 3–6 PQE capital markets associate to join its San Francisco securities team. The role focuses on public offerings and ongoing public-company representation across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences clients.

You will work on IPOs and other equity/equity-linked deals, advise public companies on governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance, and manage day-to-day client matters in a fast-paced practice. The team handles sophisticated, high‑profile transactions for issuer and underwriter clients.

• 3–6 years of securities/capital markets experience (public offerings, IPOs, equity/equity-linked transactions)
• Experience advising public companies on governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
• Prior capital markets experience at a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school; excellent drafting, transaction management and client-service skills
