Successful candidates will have experience on bank lending, asset-backed and structured finance matters, securitizations and other capital markets work. Candidates with CLO or CMBS experience are particularly welcome.
The role requires strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience handling complex financing transactions.
- 2–8 years of relevant law firm experience (PQE)
- Substantial experience in bank lending, syndicated lending, asset‑backed lending or structured finance
- Experience on securitization and capital markets transactions
- Strong academic record and demonstrable law firm transaction experience
- CLO and/or CMBS experience a plus
