Our firm’s Financial Institutions Corporate & Regulatory practice group is seeking a full-time associate with at least two years of experience to join our New York office. The role is on a partnership track.

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: bank mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, or bank corporate governance. Additional experience that is preferred includes bank operations and related regulatory matters, financial services technology contracting, financial services product development (including consumer- or business-facing terms and agreements), and/or FinTech or emerging growth company work.

Successful candidates will have a strong academic record, excellent analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. New York Bar membership is preferred and, in any event, required within one year of joining the firm.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in bank M&A, capital raising, or bank corporate governance

New York Bar membership (or ability to obtain within one year)
Additional experience in bank operations, regulatory matters, financial services technology contracting, product development, or FinTech preferred
