Leveraged Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

We are seeking two mid-to-senior level leveraged finance associates to join a national finance practice with openings in multiple U.S. offices, including Dallas, Charlotte, Boston, and New York. The role involves working on a broad range of leveraged finance and banking transactions as part of collaborative deal teams.

Ideal candidates will have law firm leveraged finance experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage transaction workstreams from document drafting through closing. The team offers exposure to complex financings and cross-office collaboration.

• Mid-to-senior associate with leveraged finance experience at a large law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills
• Comfortable working on cross-disciplinary, team-oriented transactions
• Ability to manage client-facing workstreams and meet transactional deadlines
