Experienced associate or counsel-level lawyer wanted for a structured capital and fund finance practice. The role focuses on fund finance, esoteric asset-backed financing and securitization-style products across sponsors, issuers, investors and other market participants.

Work will cover transactions such as rated note feeders, collateralized fund obligations, NAV/liquidity solutions, private ABS for insurance, capital call financings and GP/management company financings. The position involves cross-disciplinary collaboration with structured finance, asset management and insurance-solutions teams.

Hiring is available in the United States with options to be based in New York or Chicago. The team seeks someone ready to take significant responsibility on sophisticated, market-facing transactions.

Minimum 4+ years post-qualification experience in fund finance, structured capital or esoteric ABS
Experience with fund-level financing products (RNFs, CFOs, NAV/liquidity solutions, capital call financings) and/or private ABS
Strong transactional drafting and negotiating skills; ability to work cross-discipline with asset management and insurance solutions colleagues
J.D. (or equivalent) and jurisdictional admission or ability to become admitted
