A well-established international law firm is seeking a 2nd–4th year associate to join its Corporate Finance group in the Dallas office. The role focuses on syndicated and private credit transactions across leveraged and acquisition financings.

The team routinely represents administrative agents, lenders and borrowers; the position offers significant responsibility for drafting, deal management and client interaction. Candidates will join a collaborative, fast-paced practice advising on credit agreements, security and intercreditor arrangements, and closing deliverables.

2–4 years post-qualification experience in lending/leveraged finance
Experience representing administrative agents, lenders and borrowers in club and broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and private credit
Strong drafting skills; experience preparing credit agreements, intercreditor and security documentation, and closing deliverables
Experience with private equity sponsors/portfolio companies is a plus; admission to one or more state bars required (Texas admission preferred)
