The role focuses on executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements for a diverse group of prominent bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.
Qualified candidates will have strong law firm experience in leveraged finance and lending. Admission to practice law in Texas and good standing are required, along with excellent academic credentials. The role offers a competitive compensation package.
