Corporate Associate – M&A / Private Equity (Dallas)

An established corporate practice is seeking associates to join its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity teams. The role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions, along with general corporate matters.

The position offers significant direct client contact and a high degree of autonomy. Associates are expected to take on substantial responsibility, manage deals effectively, and develop client relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset.
