Corporate Securities Regulation & Governance Associate — Dallas

A leading law firm is seeking a corporate governance and securities lawyer to join its Dallas office. The role focuses on advising public companies on the full range of corporate governance matters, including governance standards and governance issues arising in initial public offerings.

The successful candidate will also counsel clients on securities regulation, with a particular emphasis on Exchange Act disclosure requirements. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters for public company clients within a collaborative corporate practice.

• Law school class years 2020–2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including governance standards and governance matters in initial public offerings
• Experience advising on securities regulation matters, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Strong academic credentials
• Demonstrated strong writing and research skills
