Associate — Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits (Dallas)

An established national practice seeks an associate to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits team in Dallas.

The role spans three core areas: executive compensation, equity and other incentive compensation, and ERISA work, with an emphasis on the first two. The mix includes transaction-related matters alongside general advisory work.
