An elite law firm's Financial Institutions Group is seeking two attorneys to join its New York office at the mid to senior Associate or Counsel level. This is a lateral opportunity for experienced lawyers with a strong background in insurance M&A and reinsurance transactions. Candidates will work on complex, high-value transactional matters for financial institutions clients within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Substantive insurance M&A transactional experience
Experience with reinsurance transactions
Mid to senior associate or counsel level (class of 2023 to counsel)
High level of academic achievement preferred
Solid law firm experience preferred
