Associate – Financial Institutions Group (Insurance)

Our client is seeking two attorneys to join their Financial Institutions Group in New York. The ideal candidates will have substantive experience in insurance mergers and acquisitions, including reinsurance transactions. This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong academic background and proven legal experience. The firm offers a hybrid work model and a robust professional development program.

• Mid-to-senior level experience as an attorney, equivalent to a class of 2023 or more senior.
• Substantive experience in insurance M&A transactions, including reinsurance.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Solid law firm experience preferred.
• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission.
