Capital Markets Associate — Securities

Growing capital markets team seeking entry-level/early-career associates to join transactional securities work across multiple U.S. offices. The role is open in New York, Charlotte and Washington, D.C.

Candidates will support securitization, structured finance and structured products matters, working on document drafting, due diligence and closing support under partner and senior associate supervision.

This is a transactional, team-oriented role suited to recent graduates or lawyers with a strong academic record and demonstrable interest in structured finance or capital markets.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; recent graduates and early-career associates encouraged to apply
• Interest or experience in securitization, structured finance or structured products
• Strong drafting, research and analytical abilities; attention to detail on transactional documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively on deal teams and manage multiple deadlines
