Capital Markets Attorney (3–6 PQE) — San Francisco

Seeking a mid-level capital markets associate to join a national practice in San Francisco. The role focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in public securities offerings (including IPOs and equity/equity-linked transactions) and advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of capital markets and public securities experience gained at a national or international law firm, comfort managing client relationships and day-to-day deal and disclosure workflow, and strong academic credentials. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and an expected annual pay range of $260,000–$390,000, with final offers dependent on location and experience.

• 3–6 years of capital markets / public securities experience at a national or international law firm
• Experience on public offerings (IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions) and with SEC and exchange reporting
