Join a leading capital markets and derivatives team in London working on a broad range of structured finance, derivatives and debt capital markets transactions. The role covers securitised derivatives and structured products, repackagings, OTC derivatives, repos, stock lending, strategic equity financings and DCM work with an international client base of banks, insurers, asset managers and institutional clients.

You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on live matters, take responsibility for drafting and negotiating documentation, and liaise directly with clients. The team is collegiate and encourages learning across product areas; strong technical ability and a practical, client-focused approach are essential.

2–5 years PQE in derivatives, structured finance and/or debt capital markets
Experience drafting and negotiating derivatives and structured finance documentation
Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills; able to translate legal theory into practical advice
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships; confident working directly with clients
Good judgment, interpersonal skills and a proactive, ambitious approach
