Join the banking & finance team of a well‑established international full‑service law and tax firm in Luxembourg. The team advises on a broad range of finance matters, with regular work on capital markets, syndicated lending, regulatory and debt restructuring matters.

This is a hands‑on role on cross‑border matters, offering structured training, exposure to business development initiatives and the chance to work in a diverse, collaborative environment that supports professional growth.

Law degree with a finance or business law background.
Several years' relevant capital markets experience, preferably at a law firm; equity capital markets knowledge is an advantage.
Fluent English; French is preferred; additional languages (e.g. German, Luxembourgish) a plus.
Team player with proactive, entrepreneurial attitude; excellent communication, analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Organised, able to manage multiple matters concurrently and to maintain strict client confidentiality; comfortable with standard MS Office tools.
