National litigation team seeks a Career Associate to join its civil litigation practice. The role is available in the Austin office with flexible remote arrangements considered. This position is part of a formal Career Associate track designed for experienced litigators who prefer a practice-focused role outside the partner track.

Successful candidates will work on complex civil matters across a range of litigation tasks, partnered with seasoned practitioners and integrated into collaborative client teams. The firm emphasizes training, mentoring, and opportunities to do substantive, high-quality legal work while maintaining a reduced billable/time commitment relative to a traditional partner path.

7+ years of civil litigation experience (mid- to senior-associate level).
Proven experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents; strong legal research skills.
Experience with discovery management, including e-discovery, and deposition/trial preparation support.
Excellent writing, communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong academic credentials; writing sample and transcript required.
