Join a national large-loss personal injury team handling high-value defendant PI matters, including complex motor, employers' liability, public liability and product liability claims. The team deals with severe injuries such as brain, spinal and amputation cases and supports full file management from investigation through litigation.

This role is for an NQ–3 PQE solicitor who will manage their own caseload, assist on high-value matters, liaise with insurers and third parties, instruct experts, attend hearings and conferences, and contribute to file strategy and client reporting. The position operates on a hybrid working pattern.

The firm values practical litigation experience, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines and targets while supporting junior colleagues and complying with professional procedures and protocols.

Qualified Solicitor, 0–3 years PQE.
Experience managing a defendant personal injury litigation caseload (Motor or EL/PL preferred).
Knowledge of CPR and litigation procedure; ability to attend hearings and case conferences.
Strong case-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce client reports and strategy documents.
