You will work with a varied client base—charitable institutions, trustees and social enterprises—on constitutions, grant agreements, regulatory enquiries, restructures and routine governance issues. The team offers collaborative support and opportunities to develop a niche charity practice.
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent UK legal qualification.
- Practical experience advising charities or non-profit organisations on governance, regulatory compliance and charitable giving.
- Strong drafting and client-facing advisory skills; comfortable with both transactional and contentious regulatory matters.
- Team-player mentality with the ability to manage multiple client matters and deadlines.
