Experienced lawyer to join a respected practice advising charities and not-for-profit organisations. The role involves advising on charity law, governance, regulatory compliance, and charitable giving across transactional and advisory matters.

You will work with a varied client base—charitable institutions, trustees and social enterprises—on constitutions, grant agreements, regulatory enquiries, restructures and routine governance issues. The team offers collaborative support and opportunities to develop a niche charity practice.

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent UK legal qualification.
  • Practical experience advising charities or non-profit organisations on governance, regulatory compliance and charitable giving.
  • Strong drafting and client-facing advisory skills; comfortable with both transactional and contentious regulatory matters.
  • Team-player mentality with the ability to manage multiple client matters and deadlines.
