Apply in confidence →Senior attorney leader role responsible for designing and executing a global attorney development, engagement and inclusion strategy for a large full‑service firm. You will lead firmwide learning, leadership programs, mentoring, pro bono strategy, alumni engagement and initiatives that drive career-pathing, performance management and equitable opportunity.
The role partners with executive leadership, HR, business-development and risk teams to deliver integrated curricula (substantive legal skills, business development, leadership, GenAI literacy, and ethics), oversee CLE/MCLE compliance, and manage metrics-driven coaching and mentoring programs. This is an in‑office position based in New York with some travel.
- Juris Doctor (JD) preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years as a practicing attorney and/or equivalent experience in legal talent development and learning leadership within a multi‑office law firm.
- Proven experience building multi‑jurisdictional training programs across transactional, litigation, regulatory and IP practices.
- Strong knowledge of CLE/MCLE requirements and attorney professional responsibilities; familiarity with using technology and GenAI in learning programs.
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication and presentation skills; experience working with executive teams and managing budgets.
