Civil Litigation Associate — Atlanta

Join a national law firm’s Atlanta litigation team as a Civil Litigation Associate. This role will involve working on a broad range of civil litigation matters for corporate and institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions.

You'll collaborate with trial teams on case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom preparation, while gaining exposure to complex, client-facing matters. The group values pragmatic advocacy, strong writing, and a collegial team approach.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia bar or eligibility to waive/obtain admission promptly
• Prior civil litigation experience in a law firm or comparable setting; experience with motion practice and discovery preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively on litigation teams
