Civil Litigation Associate — Cincinnati, OH

Growing civil defense litigation team in Cincinnati is seeking a mid-level associate to handle a broad caseload of civil litigation matters. Work will focus on general liability, products liability, premises liability and other complex defense matters.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years of civil defense or comparable litigation experience and are admitted to the Ohio bar; Kentucky admission or willingness to seek admission is a plus. Prior insurance-defense experience is preferred but attorneys with strong courtroom and case-management skills from other litigation practices will be considered.

The role is based in Cincinnati with a hybrid working model and offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.
