Top-tier national litigation team is seeking civil litigation associates for the Austin office. The role supports a national trial practice defending corporate clients in high-exposure matters across state and federal courts, with hybrid work options available.

You will work on complex commercial litigation matters across industries such as franchising, healthcare devices, manufacturing, technology, construction and cybersecurity. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing defense strategies, managing discovery, preparing for hearings/depositions/trials, and interacting directly with clients and co-counsel.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in Texas and will join a collaborative team that values professional development, mentorship and concrete courtroom experience.

Minimum 3 years' civil litigation experience (PQE)
Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas
Strong litigation, legal research and writing skills; persuasive oral advocacy
Comfort with courtroom work — hearings, depositions and trial preparation
Self-starter, team-oriented, able to manage assignments with limited supervision
