Civil Litigation Attorney — Charleston, WV

A full-service national law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Charleston, WV office and growing civil defense team. The role offers exposure to a broad docket of civil defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, products liability and other complex litigation.

Ideal candidates will have substantive litigation experience and should be admitted (or eligible for admission) to the West Virginia Bar. The team values collaborative attorneys who are eager to develop courtroom and case-management skills in an active defense practice.

• 1–15 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in civil defense or insurance defense
• Admission to the West Virginia Bar (required)
