Seeking experienced civil defense litigators to join a national litigation team in Little Rock. Attorneys will handle a broad mix of matters — including commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, environmental/toxic tort, product liability, and general liability — and will collaborate with colleagues across the firm's nationwide platform.

Successful candidates will manage case work from motion practice through depositions and trial preparation, take depositions and argue motions, and participate in hearings and jury trials in state and federal court. The role requires travel as needed and active engagement in client-facing work.

7–10 years of civil litigation experience (defense-focused preferred)
Licensed to practice in Arkansas
Proven courtroom experience: depositions, motion practice, and trial support
Strong litigation writing, oral advocacy, and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel in and out of state as needed; team-oriented and collaborative
